American-British luger, AJ Rosen dies from cancer aged 37

Adam Joseph Rosen Death – Cause of Death – Adam Joseph Rosen, often known as AJ Rosen sadly passed away on the 19th of December 2021 at the age of 37. Adam “AJ” Rosen, a three-time Olympic luge athlete for Great Britain, dies from cancer. He was an American-British Olympic luger, the nation’s best, who debuted in 2003. Adam was born on the 12th of April 1984, New York, United States. He was native and resident of New Rochelle, New York, Rosen was Jewish.

According to BC news, Adam’s best result for Great Britain was sixth at the Luge World Cup in Canada in 2009. Reports states that he also finished 16th at both the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and the 2010 Games in Vancouver. Adam finished 24th in the men’s singles event at the FIL World Luge Championships at Igls in 2007. His younger brother Brett plays baseball for the Great Britain national baseball team.

John Jackson OLY said in a tweet; “Saddened to hear the new about AJ Rosen. We were @TeamGB team mates in the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and did a spot of double luging in our commentary box in 2018. RIP my friend.”
