Ale Asylum Mourning Loss of Jillian Swope Madison, WI

Jillian Swope Cause of Death – Passed Away: Ale Asylum mourns the sudden and unexpected passing of their beloved member and General manager, Jillian Swope of Madison, Wisconsin on Facebook, Tuesday, December 7th, 2021. The circumstances surrounding the cause of Jillian Swope’s death had not been made public at the time of this report.

While announcing the passing of Jillian Swope, Ale Asylum wrote on their Facebook page, “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved family member and General Manager, Jillian Swope. Jillian touched the lives of many – coworkers and patrons alike – and was integral in creating the familial community we know and love here at Ale Asylum.”

Ale Asylum also said, “Jillian had an ethereal magic about her that manifested not only in her love for crystals and stones, Mother Earth, and her Irish heritage but more prominently in her fervent approach to life. While she was exceptionally passionate about her work here, it was her ability to build genuine relationships with anyone she met that was especially magical. Her generous heart loved and cared so deeply, so fiercely, that it seemed to radiate itself in the vibrancy of her always colourful hair. Jillian will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by all. As this is an especially painful and immense loss for us, we will be closed this week for bereavement.”

Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin, lies west of Milwaukee. It’s known for the domed Wisconsin State Capitol, which sits on an isthmus between lakes Mendota and Monona. The Wisconsin Historical Museum documents the state’s immigrant and farming history. The city’s paved Capital City State Trail runs past Monona Terrace, a lakefront convention center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

We are yet to confirm details for the obituary and funeral arrangements of Jillian Swope. We ask that the privacy of the family be respected until details are made public.
