3 teenagers injured in North Philadelphia shooting

North Philadelphia Shooting – Police in Philadelphia are investigating a triple shooting incident in North Philadelphia that left three teenagers hospitalized in critical condition.

According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the incident happened at about 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of North 10th Street. Officials responded and located three teenage victims all suffering from multiple gunshot injuries.

A 15-year-old boy was shot twice in his right thigh, and a 16-year-old boy was shot once in the abdomen and once in the buttocks, and a 17-year-old boy was shot once in his left shin and once in his left thigh. The unnamed teens were transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Police say they were listed in a critical but stable condition. No suspect(s) information was immediately released. Police say the shooting is not a threat to the public. The investigation remains active.
